Mobile in the Car Buying Process

The use of mobiles by consumers to research products and services has been a growing phenomenon and recent research has shown that this is fully true for the motor trade.
 
· Over 80% of car purchasers surveyed have used their mobile in the car buying process
· 76% find messaging promoting how to order a brochure useful
· 70% find messaging promoting a test drive useful
· 80% agree messaging promoting discount at local dealers are useful
· 61% positive about location based messaging as they're more relevant
· 64% find messages promoting seasonal info and offers useful
